We at World of firdaus believe in customer satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges for up to 24 hours, from when the order has been delivered to you. If you are registered with us, you can go on your account and request for a return and exchange. Please note that there will be shipping charges levied again on all the returned garments. Please read the return and exchange policy thoroughly. All garments must be in the same condition as you had received them in. All tags and labels must be intact, and the garment should not have been altered or worn. Once the order is received back at our office, we will evaluate if the order qualifies for a return/exchange. If not, we will send back the order to your address.

Note : No Return or Exchange would be taken care for Made to Order articles with Shipping timeline of more than 10-12 days. World of firdaus will not bear the cost of sending the goods back to World of firdaus.In case of returns, the cost of the garment will be returned excluding the shipping cost.

We are sorry to hear that! However, at World of firdaus we believe that customer satisfaction is our top priority. We allow early cancellations for orders. Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel the order from the time of booking and we will refund you the money. In the event of cancellation, your payment will be returned to you within 14 business days.

We are sorry to hear that the order received was damaged. In an event this happens to you, we will need you to reach out to your customer care team within 24 hours of you receiving the order. We will require you to take images and videos of the damaged garment along with the courier box it was delivered to you in.

The customer is required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall within 24 hours from such delivery give notice in writing to World of firdaus and Courier Company by email, by any matter whereof the customer may allege that the product is not in accordance with the order.

If the customer fails to give such notice the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.

While we have made every effort to as display accurately as possible the colours of the products on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors, and screens of electronic devices vary.
